Adjacent to Pacifica Village, the first phase of the Globe is Saigon Village

Completed in 2008, the buildings are inspired by Southeast Asian culture. A series of decorative tower elements incorporate the traditional pagoda as the focal point of the architecture. These towers are comprised of an open metal designed to create a series of rooftop lanterns. Decorative laser cut metal panels on the facade contain patterns inspired by Vietnamese silk designs.

Commercial condominiums on the site are available for sale or lease. Currently, Saigon Village is home to a bank, Vietnamese café, and a Vietnamese pho restaurant. Under construction and slated for grand opening in early 2015 include a 20,000 SF Banquet Hall, Art Gallery, Dental Offices, Filipino Restaurant, and an Optometrist.
