American Pacific International Capital (APIC) is a private investment firm registered in the State of Oregon since 1998. APIC focuses on uniting the businesses and opportunities in China and the US.
 
The company was originally called Wilson Environmental Consulting and it focused on environmental related consultation, education, and trade. In 2002, the company joined forces with private investment firms and became American Pacific International Capital (APIC), shifting its focus to real-estate investment, import-export, private label product development, and acquisitions. Its business operations are now in the US, China, and Southeast Asia.

APIC is actively looking for potential investment and business acquisition opportunities in the US and Asia (China, Hong Kong, and Singapore) that are in need of capital assistance. We have partnered with a vast network of private investors in order to pursue business expansions into the US and elsewhere through capital injection, acquisition, and merger.
 

As of December 2011, APIC has the following subsidiaries:

 

  • APIC Oregon Pacific, LLC - a subsidiary in Portland, Oregon, specialized in commercial real estate renovation and development for Oregon Pacific Building in downtown Portland.
  • APIC Hotels Group, LLC (APIChotel) - a subsidiary in Portland, Oregon, specialized in hotel properties, operations, and management under the brand name "HAIYI." The HAIYI brand expects to establish a chain of hotels in US, China, and other countries around the world in next 2 to 5 years through acquisition, capital injection, and cooperation.
  • HAIYI Hotel Management California - a subsidiary in San Francisco, California, specialized in hotel management in the state of California for the HAIYI brand. Individual hotels include:
  • APIC, LLC - a joint venture subsidiary in Portland, Oregon, specialized in commercial real estate investment and development in North America.
  • APIC Property Management, LLC (APICpm) - a subsidiary in Portland, Oregon, specialized in commercial real estate management.
  • Guangdong Huamei Oil and Fat Co., Ltd. - a subsidiary in Shantou, China, the biggest soybean oil/meal processing plant in Guangdong Province.
  • Ocean Panorama Hotels and Condominiums - a subsidiary in Shantou, China, oversees the development and management of landmark hotel and condominium project in Shantou, China.
  • APIC Regional Center, LLC (APICrc) - a subsidiary in Portland, Oregon, specialized in addressing the needs of economic development in Oregon.
